Riverbend Nursing and Rehab Center also offers our our secure Alzheimer’s/Dementia Unit, called Memory Lane. This space is devoted to caring for those confronted with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia. Memory Lane is designed to provide a safe peaceful environment, while delivering compassionate care.

Riverbend Nursing and Rehab Center has been serving Plaquemines Parish since 1999. We are centrally located in the heart of Belle Chasse, Louisiana.
